Share your budget with us, add us to your meta business suite ad account and we can take it from there.

Our Review Copy Process
Authors often ask us when they should reach out to secure their spot on our calendar. The answer? The sooner the better! We begin the ARC process six weeks in advance of your release date. Here’s a break down of our proven strategy:
6 weeks pre-release(or sooner if possible): Send HBL your book cover, tropes, and blurb. We create and schedule all of our content 2 weeks prior to being posted to social media and emailed out to our master influencer list.
4 weeks pre-release: Sign ups are opened. We announce that a review copy of your book is available for sign ups on social media, via email to our master influencer list, and list sign ups on our website. We know how important it is to get as many eyes as possible on your sign up, so we also share it in 10+ Facebook ARC groups and some genre specific ones.
2 weeks pre-release: We will distribute review copies via our BookFunnel account with watermarks to help prevent piracy. We accommodate those who missed the sign ups if they reach out to us prior to release day.
1-2 days pre-release: Review submission form is opened and announced via social media and email to those who received review copies. This serves as a reminder to readers that release day is approaching and to submit their reviews ASAP, which causes an influx of reviews on or around release day (this can help with getting “Best Seller” and other flags on Amazon).
Release Day: If you booked one of our Book Release Bundles, we will make a release day post on our socials to help you celebrate.
2 weeks post-release: A reminder to submit review links is shared across our socials and via email to readers. At this time we will also recommend a list of readers who have read and submitted reviews for your book that we suggest you send physical copies to. It is at your discretion how many you send out, but we recommend at least one. This is how we incentivize readers to read and submit reviews in a timely manner (bonus: when you send them physical copies, they usually post about it on their socials which continues to generate more buzz around your book)!
4 weeks post-release: Last call reminder to submit review links is distributed via email and across our socials.
6 weeks post-release: We will send you a wrap up with review details.
Rush Fees
As a team, we all have a hand in the process of supporting our authors, whether it be creating content, preparing emails, scheduling social media posts, everyone on the HBL team has a hand in making providing you with quality services. In order to stay on top of all of these services and allowing enough time for each member of the team do their part, we have a strict two week timeline to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner while not burning our staff out. In order to maintain that healthy work/life balance boundaries, in the event an author needs services to be completed in less than our two week timeline, the services will be subject to rush fees. The social media content rush fee is $50 CAD / $35 USD while all other fixed rate services are subject to a $100 CAD / $75 USD rush fee.
